We believe that in a classroom where children have the words to express their feelings and feel confident to do so, those children will be more resilient, more able to solve problems, they will have more empathy for others, and be better able to work collaboratively and therefore get a better start in life.

The Sophie Says Feelings Workshop was created by the Author of the Sophie Says series, Esther Marshall, along with Heads Up Kids who are a team of mental health professionals, with over 40 years of experience. The session gives teachers and children the skills and tools for positive mental health and to understand what makes them feel different emotions in a fun and engaging way together with the Sophie Says characters. Perfect for a PHSE or continuous provision session. The program includes full teacher guidelines, accompanying slides and resources, worksheets and display resources.

You will receive via post a Sophie Says book bundle for your school, the book bundle includes x1 Sophie Says I Can I Will, x1 Sophie Says It's Okay Not To Be Okay, x1 Sophie Says Be Proud Of Who You Are. You will also receive the Sophie Says Activity/Colouring book for each child in your class to take home with them.
